2 Red Hungarian wax peppers
2 onions
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
sweet ground paprika
1 Tbsp jarred Bell pepper cream sauce
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
400 milliliters Chicken broth
200 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the wax peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into narrow strips.

Peel the onions and chop finely. In a roasting pan, heat the oil and brown the meat on all sides. Sprinkle with paprika. Remove from the pan and set aside. Saute the onions and peppers in the roasting pan. Stir in jarred paprika cream and tomato paste. Deglaze with the broth. Return the meat to the pan and simmer for 25 minutes over medium heat. Stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
