- 200 grams Raspberries
- 8 scoops stracciatella Ice cream
- 4 Tbsps honey
Preparation steps

Toast oatmeal in a dry pan until golden. Let cool. Meanwhile, rinse berries and pat dry with paper towels.

Divide toasted oats among deep plates or bowls and top each serving with two scoops of ice cream. Scatter berries around ice cream and drizzle with honey.
