- 200 milliliters freshly brewed strong Coffee
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 200 milliliters cold milk
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla ice cream
Preparation steps

Combine coffee with sugar and cocoa powder and let set for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Pour the milk in two glasses, stir in the espresso mixture and top with vanilla ice cream in small flakes.

If desired, moisten the top edge of the glasses slightly and dip into cocoa powder.
