- 600 milliliters brewed strong Coffee
- 150 grams powdered sugar
- 8 centiliters white Rum
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 10 Ice cubes
- 80 grams Whipped cream
- for garnish
- 4 lemons
- Coffee powder
Preparation steps

Mix the coffee with powdered sugar and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Stir in the rum and lemon juice into the chilled coffee.

Distribute the crushed ice into 4 tall glasses and pour the coffee mixture over it. Beat the cream until stiff and place on top of the coffee. Cut the lemon slices in half and coat in some coffee powder. Garnish the glasses with the lemon slices and serve.
