Preparation steps

Make espresso and stir in sugar while espresso is still hot. Refrigerate espresso for about 30 minutes. Arrange ice cubes in a glass and pour cold espresso over it. Pour coconut milk into glass over coffee slowly and serve immediately garnished with fresh coconut.
