- 2 cups fresh Figs (quartered, 2 pieces reserved)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ cups Vanilla yogurt
- ground Nutmeg (to garnish)
- fresh mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
In a food processor or blender, combine figs, honey and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Divide fruit between two glasses and top with yogurt. Garnish with nutmeg, reserved fruit and fresh mint.
