- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 250 grams Mascarpone
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 packets Vanilla sugar
- For strawberries
- 400 grams Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps sugar
Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and chop the strawberries. Boil with the sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of water. Set aside and let cool.

Combine the whipping cream with yogurt and mascarpone, then stir in the lemon juice and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip cream until stiff and put the mixture into a piping bag with a big star tip.

To fill in the glasses start with half of the strawberries, inject half the cream, fill with remaining strawberries, pipe on the remaining cream and finish with a little strawberry sauce. Chill about 1 hour before serving.
