Preparation steps
Peel and coarsely chop kiwis.
Rinse limes with hot water and pat dry. Halve limes. Cut a thin slice from 2 of the organic lime halves and set aside. Juice all limes.
Cut a wedge-shaped piece of pomegranate. Holding the fruit over a bowl, break apart fruit to release seeds. (To avoid stains, wear thin rubber gloves or disposable gloves.)
Transfer kiwis and lime juice to a tall vessel and puree with an immersion blender until completely smooth.
Crush ice cubes in the ice crusher and divide between two glasses. Pour in kiwi-lime juice and stir in pomegranate seeds. Garnish with reserved lime slices and serve immediately.
