1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 2 Bowls, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Ice Crusher, 1 thin Rubber gloves (or disposable gloves)

Preparation steps

Peel and coarsely chop kiwis.

Rinse limes with hot water and pat dry. Halve limes. Cut a thin slice from 2 of the organic lime halves and set aside. Juice all limes.

Cut a wedge-shaped piece of pomegranate. Holding the fruit over a bowl, break apart fruit to release seeds. (To avoid stains, wear thin rubber gloves or disposable gloves.)

Transfer kiwis and lime juice to a tall vessel and puree with an immersion blender until completely smooth.
