2 Kohlrabi (450 grams)
1 bunch scallions
1 bunch parsley
250 milliliters milk
200 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
50 grams grated Gruyere

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Remove the green from the kohlrabi and set aside. Rinse the kohlrabi, peel and cut into thin slices. Rinse the scallions and cut into thin rings. Alternately layer the potatoes and kohlrabi in a baking dish.

Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop with the kohlrabi green. Mix the parsley mixture, scallions, milk and cream. Season heavily with salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
