2 egg yolks
200 grams Crème fraiche
150 milliliters Vegetable broth
150 grams grated Mozzarella

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).

Peel the kohlrabi and Jerusalem artichokes. Cut the kohlrabi into thin columns. Cut the Jerusalem artichokes into thin slices. Mix and spread into a buttered baking dish. Mix the egg yolks, creme fraiche, broth and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread the sauce over the vegetables. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and serve immediately.
