- 400 grams lamb's lettuce
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 1 Tbsp Pine nuts
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- lemons (juice, to taste)
- salt
Preparation steps

Trim lamb's lettuce, rinse and drain. Rinse fennel and cut into fine strips. Peel avocado and dice into small cubes. Toast pine nuts in a dry pan.

Mix oil and lemon juice to make a vinaigrette. Season with salt. In a large salad bowl, mix lettuce, avocado, pine nuts and fennel. Toss with the vinaigrette. Adjust seasonings and serve immediately.
