- 300 grams Long grain rice (mixed)
- 300 grams Wild rice (mixed)
- 2 stalks Leeks
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch mint
- juice of Limes
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
- salt
Preparation steps

Cook rice according to package instructions, cool.

Rinse, dry and cut leeks into rings. Rinse, dry and halve tomatoes. Pluck mint leaves and chop coarsely.
3.
Mix oil, lime juice and honey. Season with salt to taste. Combine all ingredients, add dressing and serve.
