8 Leeks (trimmed and cleaned)
1.333 cups Cider
2 sprigs rosemary

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 190°C (170 fan) | 375°F | gas 5.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan and brown the leeks all over. Add the cider and rosemary and bring to the boil, then season with salt and pepper.
3.
Transfer the leeks to a baking dish and pour the liquid over the top. Transfer the dish to the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the leeks are tender.
