Preparation steps

Mix the calamari with the lemon juice in a bowl, ensuring it is thoroughly coated. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the barbecue or a grill (broiler) to its highest setting and cook, reserving its marinade, for about 3 minutes on each side.
