1 chili pepper (chopped)
3 Tbsps olive oil

20 ready-to-eat shrimp

1 Tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the ginger, lemon zest, garlic and chili pepper with the olive oil. Season with salt and white pepper.
2.
Place the shrimps in the marinade and leave for at least one hour.
3.
Then fry them in a hot skillet on a very high heat setting for 1-2 minutes. Quench with the lemon juice and serve hot garnished with coriander/cilantro.
