- 1 small Zucchini (grated and drained)
- 1 small Apple (peeled, cored and finely chopped)
- ½ cup Nut butter (almond or peanut)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 small eggs
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsps ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp grated Nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease 6-8 muffin tins.

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
3.
Spoon into the tins and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
