- 75 grams Pastry flour
- 40 grams ground almonds (peeled)
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 40 grams sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 40 grams butter
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 2 Apple
- 250 grams Raspberries
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
Preparation steps

Combine the flour, almonds, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut the butter into pieces and work in with hands. Quickly add the cream in small amounts and mix until a slightly sticky dough is formed.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Peel the apples, cut into quarters and remove cores, then slice. Rinse the raspberries and mix with the apple slices, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Pour the fruit into 4 serving ramekins. Divide the dough into pieces and press over the top of each ramekin. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream if desired.
