Nutritional values

Almond flour adds a delicate flavor to many baking recipes, unlike conventional flour. In addition, it is free of gluten and contains many nutrients as well as vitamins. The dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants and protects against free radicals. The magnesium it contains has a relaxing effect and can reduce stress symptoms.

The low carb brownies should be eaten quickly. Due to the fresh apricots, they do not last as long as brownies without fruit.
