1 pc Cucumber (about 10 cm)
100 grams fresh Tuna
125 grams cooked Sushi rice
1 tsp Wasabi

Preparation steps

Cut the nori in half.

Rinse the cucumber, pat dry, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into 5 mm (approximately 1/4 inch) thin strips. Cut the tuna into strips.

3.

Place one piece halved nori on a rolling mat. Place half of the sushi rice on the bottom of the sheet, leaving a narrow margin. Brush the the rice with wasabi paste and then top with the cucumber and tuna strips. Roll up with the help of the rolling mat. Cut the sushi roll into 3 pieces and halve each piece diagonally. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
