Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango. Cut the flesh away from the core and cut into small cubes. Rinse the lettuce leaves and spin dry. If necessary, pluck the leaves smaller.

Beat 5 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice until thick. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Divide the salad leaves and diced mango into bowls. Drizzle with the salad dressing and serve immediately.
