- 3 cups italian Bread (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 4 cups ripe Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup fresh Basil (roughly chopped)
- 3 cups fresh, baby Bocconcini
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup favorite Vinaigrette
Preparation steps

Heat oil in a large sauté pan. Add the bread and salt; cook over low to medium heat, tossing frequently, for 8-10 minutes, or until bread cubes are golden brown.

In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella balls. Add the bread cubes and drizzle with vinaigrette, and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
