- 500 milliliters White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 3 chili peppers

Wash the okra, clean and well on 3 ausgespühlte glasses (à 500 ml) distribute.
Rinse and trim the okra. Divide into three 500 ml (approximately 17 ounce) jars.

Bring the vinegar, 300 ml (approximately 10 ounces) of water, salt, and spices to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the chilis to the okra, then cover with the cooking liquid. Seal tightly and let cool completely. Store in a cool and dark place.
