1 day-old White roll
600 grams Ground beef
1 egg
2 Tbsps coarsely chopped parsley
2 Tbsps green, pitted Olives
2 Tbsps dried Tomatoes (in oil)
1 scoop Mozzarella (125 grams)
salt
freshly ground peppers
100 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

Soak bread in lukewarm water, squeeze well and tear apart. Combine with ground beef in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add beaten egg to the well, sprinkle parsley around the well.

Drain olives and tomatoes, cut into small cubes. Cut mozzarella into small cubes. Combine cheese, olives and tomatoes.

Mix meat mixture well, season with salt and pepper. Make patties and place mozzarella mixture in the middle of each patty. Shape into balls, enveloping filling well.

Place flour on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat meatballs with the mixture and tap off excess flour.

Arrange meatballs on a lined with parchment paper baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, turning once.

Remove meatballs from the oven and serve immediately.
