Nutritional values

Muskmelons, or cantaloupes, are rich in potassium, which regulates blood pressure, as well as vitamin A and beta-carotene, which support healthy eyes.

Don't throw away the seeds in the melon. Instead roast them for a protein-rich, naturally delicious snack.
