- 100 grams sharp Sausage (Chorizo, thinly sliced)
- 200 grams Ground beef

Preparation steps
Put flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble yeast in a little water, pour into the well, cover with flour and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Mix residual water with salt and oil and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Mix diced tomatoes with Tex-Mex sauce and season with parsley, salt and pepper. Fry ground meat with 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet then set aside.
Grease 2 pizza pans. Knead dough again, cut in half, roll out and create a slightly thicker edge for the crust. Place pizzas on prepared pans. Preheat oven to 250°C (approximately 450°F).
Spread sauce over dough cover with sausage slices, and sprinkle with a little olive oil and well-drained corn. Peel onion, chop finely and sprinkle on pizzas. Divide ground meat and place on pizzas then sprinkle everything with plenty of cheese.
Bake pizzas in a hot oven for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
