2 Avocados (diced)
½ lemon (juiced)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ Tbsps Nut oil
1 onion (finely chopped)
4 cups ground pork (or finely chopped)
6 flour Tortillas
1 cup grated Gruyere
½ Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
3 large Tomatoes (diced)
salt

Preparation steps

1.
Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, Add the finely diced onion and mix well.
2.
Heat the groundnut oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add the meat to the pan and cook whilst stirring for 12-15 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Onto each of the tortillas spread some avocado, sprinkle some grated gruyere, and add some chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
4.
Add some cooked meat to each one then roll the wraps up. Serve immediately.
