300 grams Chinese Egg noodle (Mie noodles)
1 handful Snow peas
400 grams Bok Choy
1 red Bell pepper
1 garlic clove
300 grams Chicken breasts
9 shrimp (unpeeled)
vegetable oil (for cooking)
2 Tbsps sweet soy sauce
½ tsp Sambal oelek
salt
freshly ground peppers
fresh parsley (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.

2.

Rinse snow peas and cook in boiling water until al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain. 

3.

Rinse bok choy and cut into thin strips. Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs, cut into fine strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut chicken into approximately 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) wide strips. Peel shrimp and devein, cut off heads.

4.

Heat some oil in a wok and cook meat with shrimp and garlic on high heat. Reduce heat slightly and add bell pepper  and snow peas, saute together for a few minutes.

5.

Season with soy sauce and sambal oelek, add bok choy and noodles and saute for 2-3 minutes and season to taste. Add more soy sauce or sambal oelek, if desired. Serve with fresh parsley.
