2 Tbsps honey
2 tsps cornstarch
For the sauce
200 grams mixed Forest fruit
2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, bring milk and honey to a boil. Add millet, reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, 15-20 minutes.

2.

Add cornstarch and boil 1 minute. Rinse ramekins with cold water. Pour pudding into ramekins and chill 2-3 hours.

3.

Invert puddings onto plates. To make sauce: Mix forest fruits with honey and orange zest. Serve sauce with puddings.
