- 1 pkg boxed, chocolate Cake mixture (500 g | 1 lb 2 oz)
- 1 pkg chocolate Instant pudding (175 g | 6 oz)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet Chocolate chip
- 1 cup shelled Walnut (chopped)
- 10 paper cake mold (2 3/4-inch x 2-inch each)
- 1 tub Marzipan
- green Food coloring
- red Food coloring
- Ribbon to decorate (optional)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350º F. Place paper cake molds on a baking sheet.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, oil, sour cream, eggs, and water. Mix thoroughly using an electric mixer. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour batter into paper molds, filling the molds three quarters full.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the tops are springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted in the centers of each cake comes out clean.

Cool cakes thoroughly before decorating.

Divide marzipan into thirds. Knead a few drops of green food coloring into two thirds of the marzipan. Add red food coloring to the remaining marzipan. Cut out holly leaves from the green marzipan using a small holly-leaf cutter with veining stamp. Create holly berries using the red marzipan and decorate each individual cake with marzipan and ribbon. Allow marzipan to dry prior to serving.
