Ingredients
for

- Ingredients
- 1 day-old White roll
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 1 tsp sharp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 8 small Sesame seed rolls
- 8 tsps Mayonnaise
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 8 small Lettuce (such as Lollo Rosso)
Preparation steps
1.
Soak the white rolls in lukewarm water. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sautée the onion with the garlic. Remove from heat, let cool and mix with the minced meat, mustard, parsley, the well squeezed bread and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Form 8 small balls from the mixture, flatten and fry in the remaining oil for 2-3 minutes, flipping until brown on each side.
2.
Halve the sesame buns and spread mayonnaise over the bottom bun. Rinse and slice the tomatoes. Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Place the burger patties on the bottom buns, cover with lettuce and tomato, cover with the top bun and serve with a toothpick stuck through from top to bottom.
