150 grams Blackberry
200 grams red Currants
4 Tbsps sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 sheets red gelatin
2 sheets white gelatin
¼ l red Currant juice

Preparation steps

1.

Wash berries, and pat dry. Dissolve the sugar into the lemon juice. distribute berries and the sugar mixture into prepared ramekins. Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it well,  then dissolve in a ladle full of water.

2.

Mix a little of the currant juice into the gelatin mixture, then mix in the remaining juice. Pour the mixture over the berries and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Dip the ramekins into hot water to release the gelées before serving.
