1 tsp Baking powder
1 egg (lightly whisked)
Sparkling mineral water (approximately)
1 Eggplant (sliced lengthways)
1 carrot (sliced lengthways)

1 red Bell pepper (deseeded and sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a wok or deep skillet until smoking.
