½ Oak leaf lettuce
½ Cucumber

1 carrot
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 shallot (chopped)
100 grams ham (diced)
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
2 Tbsps chopped Walnut
80 grams grated Cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce and radicchio, trim, remove the cores, tear into small pieces and drain well. Peel cucumber, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Remove apple core. Cut apple into quarters and slice into small pieces. Mix with lemon juice. Peel and grate the carrot.

2.

Mix prepared ingredients in a bowl with vinegar, oil, apple juice, shallot, ham, parsley, walnuts and cheese. Season with salt and serve immediately.
