- 12 small Sausage
- 2 onions
- 1 paprika (yellow)
- 2 paprika (red)
- ½ bunch Basil
- salt
- peppers
- thyme
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- For the sauce
- 3 Tbsps medium hot Mustard
- 1 Tbsp coarsely grained Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream
- chili peppers (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse bell peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips. Peel onions and cut into quarters. Grill vegetables and sausages on a hot grill for about 7-10 minutes, turning often.

Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck off leaves.

Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and season to taste.
4.
Combine vegetables, sausages and basil. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with thyme. Serve accompanied by sauce.
