Mixed Salad with Lemon Dressing

- 1 Fennel bulb
- 1 bunch Radish
- 250 grams Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 100 grams Celery
- 1 Radicchio
- 1 Romaine lettuce
- 200 grams button Mushroom
- 100 grams Arugula
- 1 bunch Borage
- 2 lemons
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- sugar
- Borage flower
- 1 Baguette
Preparation steps
Rinse the radishes, remove the leaves and cut into eighths. Brush the fennel, rinse, cut in half, remove the stalk and then cut into thin slices. Rinse the cucumber, cut off the ends, cut in half lengthwise and then cut into slices. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Rinse and trim the celery and cut into fine slices. Brush the radicchio, separate the leaves, rinse and shake dry. Rinse and trim the lettuce and cut crosswise into wide strips.
Trim the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Rinse the arugula, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Rinse the borage, pat dry and cut into fine strips.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
For the dressing, combine the lemon juice, the vinegar and the olive oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Serve showered with borage flowers and with a fresh baguette.
