2 Tbsps Nut oil
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse frisée lettuce, spin dry and tear into small pieces. Rinse basil and cut leaves into thin strips. Rinse tomatoes, remove stem and cut into eighths. Rinse strawberries, pat dry with paper towels and cut into slices or quarters. Cut candied orange into strips. Coarsely chop nuts. Whisk olive oil and nut oil together in a bowl with vinegar and orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix frisée lettuce in a large bowl with basil and tomatoes and drizzle with the dressing. Arrange frisée lettuce mixture in bowls and serve covered with strawberry and candied orange.
