1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Can opener, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Non-stick pan

Preparation steps

Briefly blanch the tomatoes. Immerse in cold water. Remove the skins and seeds and chop.

Remove the stems, ribs and seeds from the peppers and finely chop.
3.
Peel, core, and finely chop the apples.
4.
Halve and remove the seeds from the chilli pepper. Slice into narrow strips.

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.
6.
Put the tomatoes, peppers, apples, chilli, onions and garlic in a large saucepan.
7.
Add the paprika powder, cardamom, vinegar, sugar and salt and mix well. Bring all the ingredients to a boil. Reduce the heat. Over a low light, simmer for approximately 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8.
Fill the prepared jars with the chutney. Close tightly and allow to cool.
