200 grams Snow peas
2 Tbsps clarified butter

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and cut into oblong pieces. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Peel the carrots and cut into thick slices. Peel the onions, halve lengthwise and cut into wedges. Rinse the snow peas, cut off the ends and cut into smaller pieces.

Heat the butter and saute the onions, carrots and kohlrabi over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 8 minutes. Add the potatoes and snow peas and saute for another 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chives.
