- 4 slices Toast
- 300 grams mixed fresh Mushrooms (seasonal)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp scallions
Preparation steps
1.
Clean the mushrooms, and chop depending on size. Sauté briefly in butter, then season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread.
3.
Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Top the toasted bread with the sautéed mushrooms and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
5.
Serve with an arugula salad, if you'd like.
