1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms, and chop depending on size. Sauté briefly in butter, then season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread.

Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Top the toasted bread with the sautéed mushrooms and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
