8 white peppercorns

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse mussels thoroughly under cold running water. Debeard. Bring white wine to a boil in a pot. Rinse parsley, tie in a bouquet and add to wine along with peppercorns. Season with salt.

2.

Add mussels to pot. Cover pot tightly and cook over high heat, shaking the pan several times, until all of the mussels have opened. Serve mussels in preheated bowls.
