75 grams Cornichon (jarred)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the mustard with the crème fraîche and 2-3 tablespoons of liquid from the cornichons. Mix together until smooth, then season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Finely dice the onions and cornichons, and mix into the sauce. Transfer to small bowls and serve.
