Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the asparagus, peel the lower third and cut off the ends. Then cut the asparagus into large pieces and cook in boiling salted water for about 5-6 minutes until al dente. Rinse and drain. Rinse the chile, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs and finely chop.

2.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes until al dente and drain. While the spaghetti is cooking, place oil in a large frying pan. Add butter, chile, and asparagus. Cook briefly and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add the drained spaghetti, mix together until warm and serve on plates. Serve with sprinkled parsley and paprika.
