- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 1 cup ground Nut (hazelnuts and almonds)
- 0.333 cup Hazelnuts
- 1 cup Coconut flakes
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well. Leave to stand for 45 minutes.
3.
Take teaspoons of the mixture and shape into balls with your hands.
4.
Put them on the baking tray and bake for 20- 25 minutes until firm and golden. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
