1 cup Date (pitted)
2 Tbsps hot water
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup white Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.
Combine all the ingredients apart from the sesame seeds in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture comes together.

Scoop out scant tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls between slightly damp palms.
3.
Roll half of the balls in sesame seeds to coat.
4.
Leave to set briefly before serving.
