2 Tbsps salt
2 Tbsps olive oil
100 grams Olives (black, pitted)
100 grams Sunflower seed
450 milliliters water (lukewarm)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine the flour in a bowl. Mix and form a well in the center and fill with the sourdough. Add all the other ingredients up to the olives. Stir with the dough hook of a mixer for about 8 minutes.

Let stand for 1/2 hour, then knead into a solid dough. Place into a bread pan. Cover and let rise again for about 1 1/2 hours.

3.

Preheat oven to 230°C (approximately 450°F). Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 200°C (approximately 400°F) and bake for another 50 minutes.
