1 Tbsp freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as thyme and rosemary)
250 grams butter
lemon juice
Sea salt

Preparation steps

Chop the olives. Rinse the herbs, remove the leaves, and finely chop. Beat the butter in a mixer until fluffy.

Mix the olives and herbs into the butter. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Place in small bowls, smooth over, and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set. Serve the butter once chilled.
