50 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry and chop finely. Beat the eggs with the cream and the herbs and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a little oil and butter in a nonstick pan.

Pour some egg mixture into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg has set. Flip over and cook the other side.

Repeat for the remaining 3 omelets and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
