Ingredients

For the pastry
180 grams Quark
6 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 egg
3 Tbsps milk
1 tsp salt
360 grams Pastry flour
3 tsps Baking powder
For the topping
2 egg yolks
100 grams acid Whipped cream
150 grams Crème fraiche
6 onions
2 Tbsps olive oil
30 Anchovy (in oil)
30 black, pitted Olives

Preparation steps

1.

For the pastry: combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead. Roll out on a floured work surface in rectangular shape. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pastry on it.

For the topping: whisk egg yolks with sour cream and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper and spread on the pastry.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Peel onions, halve and cut into narrow strips. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onions until soft. Remove from heat and let cool. Spread over egg mixture and arrange anchovies in a lattice pattern on top. Place olives in the middle of each square and  bake in preheated oven at 190°C (approximately 375°F) for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and serve lukewarm.
