Preparation steps

1.

Rinse leeks, trim and cut white and light green portions into rings. Peel oranges with a sharp knife taking care to remove all white skin. Remove orange segments from membranes and reserve resulting juice. Mix orange segments and leeks in a bowl.

2.

In another bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, yogurt and sesame oil and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Mix dressing with leeks and orange salad, arrange on plates and serve garnished with lime slices.
