Preparation steps

1.

Peel carrot and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and saute carrots for 5 minutesuntil al dente. Let cool. Peel orange (completely remove white skin) and cut into thin slices. Collect resulting juices Peel shallots and cut into thin rings. Rinse cilantro and finely chop.

Mix honey and orange blossom water in a bowl. Arrange carrots, orange slices and shallots on plates, sprinkle with salt and the honey-orange blossom water mixture. Let rest for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
